Telesales Executive required by a market leading Software Vendor with an international presence. The company is growing and is expanding its Sales Team.
You will join a dynamic and fast paced team where everyone works hard to hit targets but also supports each other to achieve team goals. Over achievement is encouraged.
You will be expected to work on the prospecting area of the sales cycle, exceeding telesales targets,
by securing leads and appointments for the field based sales team to attend.
You will be phoning potential prospective customers. You will identify businesses that are looking to
review their software systems. You will enjoy the challenges and pressure of building opportunities
from the moment you start and be comfortable with working as part of a close knit team. The role will
be varied and also include calling and finding up-selling leads within the existing customer base.
You will join in an internal position with the view to eventually progress up the sales organisation. For
the successful Telemarketing Executive this will be a great opportunity to progress in a fast moving
professional sales environment where training will be provided to move up to the next stage in sales.
Comprehensive training in the company’s products will be given.
The following skills are essential;
Telesales or Telemarketing experience
Competent with Microsoft Office, such as Outlook, Word, etc.
Awareness of IT technologies
Good organisational skills
Strong communication skills, especially on the telephone.
Excellent prospecting and cold-calling skills
Ability to persuade and influence
Strong listening skills
Develop the ability to hold a conversation at all business levels
