Account Manager required by a market leading Software Vendor with an international presence. The company is growing and is expanding its Sales Team.
The talented Account Management team identify and generate new revenue opportunities from existing clients. The team has an excellent customer service focus who cut through complexity, build long lasting relationships and identify client preferences and issues. The team deals with varied requests from our existing client base including demonstrating software, license adjustments, functional changes and new hardware purchase requests.
The team is tasked with ensuring our customers’ needs are served and act as an internal advocate for our clients.
Maintaining the communication cycle with clients (Regular phone calls – Multiple calls each day).
Selling new products and services to your clients in line with sales targets.
Manage a client portfolio across a broad range of industries.
Liaising with internal departments to resolve issues and learn the latest product features.
Attend client sites for face to face visits.
Provide onsite and remote product demonstrations.
Comprehensive training in the company’s products will be given.
The following skills are essential;
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Account Management/Sales experience.
Ability to cope calmly in a high call volume environment
Ability to articulate client requirements internally.
Ability to communicate products and services to clients individually and on mass.
You must have good experience of working with a CRM system.
